Villanova College seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Dean of Mission and Identity to lead and nurture the spiritual, faith, and pastoral development of our students, staff, and wider community. This is a pivotal leadership position within the College, offering the opportunity to make a profound impact on the faith formation of young men in the Augustinian tradition. Reporting directly to the Principal, the Dean of Mission and Identity will work closely with key members of the College community, including the Chaplain, Director of Service Learning, Mission & Identity Program Officer, and Head of Religious Education, to ensure that the College’s Catholic faith and Augustinian values are fully integrated into the daily life of the school.

In this role, the Dean will oversee a broad range of faith-related initiatives, including liturgies, retreats, social justice activities, and community outreach programs. The Dean will also guide the development of staff in the areas of ministry, mission, and identity, ensuring that the College remains true to its Augustinian charism and commitment to forming the whole person.
