Permanent, full-time | School Officer – Level 7 | On-site Finance Team

Full-time, ongoing (38 hrs/week) | Coorparoo, Brisbane

Villanova College is a Catholic boys’ school (Years 5–12) in the Augustinian tradition. We’re seeking a registered Psychologist to deliver evidence-based counselling and assessment, strengthen teacher capability, and help boys to regulate, learn and flourish.

You will

  • Provide individual and group counselling for emotional, social, behavioural and learning concerns.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and produce clear, timely reports.
  • Develop intervention and safety plans, and coordinate risk responses.
  • Build teacher capacity through consultation, classroom strategies and staff PL.
  • Work closely with families and external providers to align care.
  • Contribute to targeted groups and whole-school wellbeing initiatives.
  • Maintain high-quality records aligned to APS/AHPRA and College policy.
